Courgettes (500g)

There is nothing you can’t do with a courgette. We have them raw, chopped into a salad, sliced and grilled on the BBQ until they are close to burnt, slow cooked in the oven with a generous amount of olive oil and garlic, deep fried, and even in a cake.
