One of the greatest joys of summer is having a delicious, warm and buttery corn on the cob.

You can BBQ them still in their husks but make sure you soak them in water for about 20 minutes before cooking to prevent the husks from burning too quickly, alternatively peel back the husks, cut the cob in half and boil for 12-15 minutes. Once the cobs are cooked rub them in butter while they are still warm and experiment with the flavours such as chilli, lime and paprika.
