When we first tasted our own grown spinach, it was the first time we realised how good spinach could be.

Sweet, tender and earthy, this leafy green is something we can enjoy all year round from the early baby leaf spinach, then we get the ‘true’ leaf come through and in the winter, perpetual spinach outdoors and winter spinach in the polytunnel. Genuinely good with everything, you can have spinach raw, as a sauce for pasta, wilted into dishes and baked with cheese and eggs.
