Fresh Garlic
Fresh garlic, wet garlic, or green garlic as it’s known is the same garlic that you know and love, just freshly pulled from the ground and not yet dried out.
The flavour is only slightly more subtle than it’s dried counterpart with a fresh green flavour and can be used in exactly the same way. As the outer layers of the green stalk have not yet dried either, this can also be used for extra flavour and texture.
