The first in a series of suppers at the field in which we will celebrate the very best of each season, surrounded by the garden in which your meal was grown.
This supper will be hosted by us and cooked for by Craig Tregonning - a master in the art of taking the season's harvest and creating dishes so simple, thoughtful and delicious that you'll wish you thought of them yourself. Once head chef for the world renowned master of vegetable cookery, Yotam Ottolenghi in London and more recently head chef at Temple here in Bude, in addition to culinary talent in abundance, Craig is known to many as one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.
We'll have four courses of produce from the farm and a selection of drinks available by the glass and bottle to match.
Arrival at 16:30 for drinks and snacks, with dinner served over a shared table through to 20:30. The sun will of course be shining but if not, we'll eat amongst the vines in our polytunnel.
Full details including location and parking will be sent via email in advance of the event.
